Personal history
Lord Hammerstrike was born to nobody family with an entirely different name. He was conscripted into the miliatry during one of the Erritian Empire's many wars. He served for many years of distinguished service before being called on by the regent to slay Vearxindaron. He set out with 4 companions, one of which being the infamous Erxine Flameshield . They fought the dragon in its lair and after a bloody battle that cost Erxine her life, they stood victorious. Returning to Vorgan with a mountain of gold in tow, they were given lordships for their service and allowed the keep the treasure as payment for their valiant deeds. They were each given last names befitting their heroic statuses.
Hammerstrike would go on to found The Flameshield Institute in his late companions name.

Slew the Terror of the Mountains Vearxindaron with the help of Erxine Flameshield.
Opened the Flameshield Institute in memory of his fallen companion.
