Peacekeeper Integrity is responsible for ensuring consistent organisational culture across the Peacekeeper Territories. This includes maintaining the strength of the relationships of the different systems and planets within The Alliance and ensuring that all peoples living within these Territories are united under their shared goals.

Structure

As with all parts of the Peacekeeper Alliance, there is a strict heirarchy within the Integrity Pillar. Everyone within this organisation reports into Head of Peacekeeper Integrity, and they in turn report into Peacekeeper Command.

Four Branches

There are four branches within Peacekeeper Integrity, each of which aims to help ensure that organisational culture is maintained across the Peacekeeper Territories.

Communication

To Share

People working within the Communication branch of Peacekeeper Integrity serve two purposes. The first is to monitor communications within the Peacekeeper Territories and ensure that there is nothing occuring that other branches need to be aware of. The second is ensure that the messages which are passed down from Peacekeeper Command are effectively communicated across the peoples within the Territories.

Culture

To Combine

The Culture branch of Peacekeeper Integrity is tasked with ensuring that the correct organisation culture is present throughout the Peacekeeper Territories. This includes ensuring that certain mottos are deeply ingrained within everyone who lives within the Territories and that there is a clear set of behaviours which are followed, no matter the species. It is about bringing everyone together behind the idea that the Alliance is for the betterment of everyone.

Societal Norms

To Maintain

Societal Norms is often thought of as the other side of the coin to the Culture branch. The purpose of the people working within this branch is to ensure that any traditions practiced by the different species and ethnicities within the Peacekeeper Territories are adapted to be inline with what the Peacekeepers deem acceptable. This includes working with leaders to tone down behaviours and bring them more towards the Pachian traditions.

Order

To Control

The people who work within the Order branch work towards maintaining law and order across the Peacekeeper Territories. They ensure all laws that are set by Peacekeeper Command are then enacted and enforced. They are sometimes referred to as the Peacekeeper's Peacekeepers, but they are more intent on maintaining order than peace.

P'Ache Prime Media Outlets

It is also worth noting that while P'Ache Prime Media Outlets reports into the Director of Communications, and therefore sits within the Communication branch, they work closely with the other departments as well as they are integral to spreading the correct messages.

Culture

People are known to join the Integrity Pillar for at least one of several reasons:

1. To meet new cultures

In the Integrity Pillar, an understanding of different cultures and therefore meeting and getting to know different species is a fundemental part of the role.


2. To enjoy the control

Control is a critical part of a lot of the jobs within the Integrity Pillar, and not just within the Order branch. Controlling the message and controlling the traditions of others can be just as much of a kick.


3. To spread word of The Alliance

Some of the people love words and communication, and have a heartfelt love of The Alliance and what it's trying to do, but it boils down to the same satisfaction from spreading the message far and wide.

Public Agenda

The aim of Peacekeeper Integrity is to maintain the integrity of the Peacekeeper Alliance. This is around ensuring that communication is clear, that everyone understands clearly what's expected of them and that any disagreements are quashed before they can become issues. They maintain law and order, but have a friendly and approachable face.
