Administrators

Qualifications

There are no qualifications required to be an Administrator. They do need to have chosen the Rulers path and to have shown an aptitude while working as a Junior Ruler. They will have chosen to become an Administrator.

Appointment

There is no official ceremony to commemorate the move into Administrator, but to celebrate the Rulers of the settlement may gather together for a special meal or similar. 
Administrators are considered the lowest stress part of the Rulers path, and as such, a Ruler or Village Ruler struggling with their mental health might step into an administrator role for several years, leaving their position open for a Junior Ruler or Administrator. As and when they feel more as they did, they may choose to return to the Ruler position, or they might chose to remain as an administrator indefinitely.

Duties

The primary duty of an administrator is to keep records of the Village Ruler or Ruler to refer back to. They act as a support group for the Village Ruler, including gathering research and feedback and documenting as necessary.

Responsibilities

Administrators are responsible for the smooth running of a settlement and providing the Village Ruler or Ruler with the tools they need to make decisions for the betterment of their community. They are responsible for holding the records of the community too.

Cultural Significance

Administrators may not be as well respected as Ruler and Village Ruler, but they are still held to high esteem in the communities in which they work.
