Oppisal

Oppisal is a village located on the western bank of the Trosstal River , which flows through Jaervor. Its name stems from the words River Mill, in the Old Tongue.
The settlement is built on the spot where the Silver road, which trails from Rannalla to the south, and the river come closest. Originally it was constructed as a place where lumber could be processed by a the Water Mill and then transported by either water or land. This it grew out to become one of the more successful lumber villages of the area. Due to its favorable position it grew out to be a popular transit village, with many people who are coming or going from Rannalla staying there.
After the village grew to a decent size, the keep was constructed. This building now serves as the place where the reeve stays, who reports to the ruler of the local area and collects taxes. It is also the headquarters of the local militia.

The town boasts a small church to The Six, A large tavern called The Floated Moat, a series of lumbermills, and some basic commodities.
