Dark skinned, as most of the Humans of Koria are, with course gray hair left to grow long, either pulled back and tied of left to blow free.

A grayed beard, one singular scar running from above his right eye to pass over his nose and down his left cheek to the jaw line.
Identifying Characteristics
The form of a hooded man in the desert is recognized well enough that some travelers even attempt to go about hooded and cloaked in the hopes of deterring attacks.

His ability to defy death is what gives him his name and title. He has been recorded to have died several hundred times, the exact number is unsure, but all are pointless as he always returns hale and whole, no matter how badly he was cut, stabbed, ripped open, gutted, burned, torn apart, and in one known case, digested.

Very little is known about The Immortal, he seems to have taken great care to have any and all information about his past removed from the histories.
What we do know is he resides in the very heart of The Blacklands, guarding The Sanctuary alone, killing all those who dare to approach its border of salted earth.

This, added into his inability to die and enormous power would usually be cause for concern, but he seems to have no care or drive to leave The Sanctuary unless something within or of his is removed.

In his younger life, the man who is know as The Immortal was a cleric of the God Bane. With Bane's death during the siege of Ahm, he, along with all other followers of Bane, suffered greatly when their divine magics ceased to work. Unlike many others of his sect, he did not abandon his God however, even after attaining Ascendancy, and its said he keeps a small shrine to Bane within the Sanctuary still to this day.
