Historical Details

History

Thalatos was said to have wanted to make a record of everything within existence, that he could then calculate it and define each piece of reality to discover how they fit together. to do so, he manifested a large portion of his Godly power into a large metal tome of gold, inlaid with with precious lapis luzi, chrysoprase and sapphire. Into this, he poured all the knowledge he ever received, to be stored and later gone over to compare all of existence against itself. Legends say that those who attempted to read this book without Thalatos's expressed permission were driven mad by the sheer vastness of knowledge contained within, and that any who managed to get their hands on the document, and were able to withstand the barrage of information contained within, would have be able to understand nearly everything that has ever existed in any way in the entire history of the world.
