Genori Silvari (Jen - or - ee)
Lord Genori Silvari
Relationships
History
Princess Sara approached Lord Silvari during her exile, when it became apparent from the declining health of her father King Velebor II that the throne would soon be passing to it's next occupant. She convinced him that her claim was the rightful one, and that her sister Dana would crack down upon certain of Lord Silvari's more 'creative' uses of taxation law if she were to inherit instead. The two began an affair which ended when they were both killed in Sara's attempt to take the throne.
Relationship Reasoning
From Lord Silvari's point of view, Princess Sara was a beautiful, powerful woman who flattered his ego and promised him money and influence. The plan was for Sara to take the throne, at which point the two would marry, making him King Consort. From Sara's perspective, Genori was a useful ally with a large personal army.
Shared Secrets
After The Adventuring Party of Nerevarn interfered with Sara's original plan and she was forced to quickly improvise, she used her skill in magic to disguise Silvari as Prince Henry and herself as Lethe Thornspire - Henry's then-wife - in order to take the city as the 'rightful' heir and consort. Had this succeeded, they would have ruled for a while as 'King Henry and Queen Consort Lethe' with Silvari operating as a puppet King for Sara, at which point the plan was for 'Henry' to formally forgive his sister-in-exile Sara, reaffirm her as the rightful Crown Princess, and then abdicate in her favour, at which point she would 'return from exile'.
