Forgespark Smithy
The world famous foundry run by the dwarven Clan Forgespark, who have arcane and scientific secrets allowing them to use artificing methods unknown to the rest of Valdys. While the clan is based in the Dwarven Quarter, and the foundry with its many secrers is kept deep underground in their Clan House there, the weapons are commissioned and sold from the Forgespark Weaponsmith store in the Gardens of Gold.
While Forgespark weapons are not enchanted, they have certain arcane properties worked directly into the metal in ways even the University of Arcana has so far been unable to replicate. As such, they often have powerful effects which are certainly arcane in nature, but which cannot be flagged by magic detection or removed by any known method besides destroying the weapon itself, and which do not require attunement to use.
