Half-orc
Half-orcs were humanoids born of both human and orc ancestry by a multitude of means. Having the combined physical power of their orcish ancestors with the agility of their humans ones, half-orcs were formidable individuals. Though they were often shunned in both human and orcish society for different reasons, half-orcs have proven themselves from time to time as worthy heroes and dangerous villains. Their existence implied an interesting back story that most would not like to dwell on.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Half-orcs are most often known for their might. They have been known to be capable of coming back from the brink of death, their orcish blood allowing them to survive what would otherwise be fatal blows.
Civilization and Culture
Naming Traditions
While its rare that humans parents will keep their child, those that do will try and acknowledge their orc heritage in the name, either out of spite or relevance. If born in an orc society, they will give it an orc name as they can't be bothered with making the distinction.
They will inherit the surname of their parent.
Common Customs, Traditions and Rituals
Half-orcs that have lived amongst orcs have often picked up the common orcish tradition of ritual scarring. Half-orcs with such a background did not look upon scars as marks of shame or as unattractive blemishes, but rather as marks of pride that demonstrate their skill and bravery in battle. On occasion, however, scars were used for a darker purpose, with orcs marking half-orc slaves with scars in the same manner a rancher might brand cattle
Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
A half-orc does not have it easy in the world. There are plenty of civil societies that will not tolerate one within their borders, and those that do often undermine and marginalize them to the extreme. Elves and dwarves stand particularly against them, viewing them as representations of their longest rival. Humans are a mixed bag, as some will venerate and even fetishize half-orcs while others will act out their racism in vile and hostile means. On average, humans begrudgingly tolerate them and are quick to ridicule.
Half-elves, aasimars, and tieflings understand the strife of being misunderstood and so they share a bond with half-orcs. That said, aasimar and half-elves can raise ire as, despite being the result of interbreeding, they are often accepted and welcomed into society while half-orcs are not. Many half-orcs envy their beauty and social grace.
