Common (Imperial)

Imperial common, of all the common languages, is probably the most well known in the world. The native tongue of The Shayador Empire, Imperial Common is then the national language of the world's most influential nation. Imperial Common is based off of the real world language of English.

A Note on Imperial Common

While it may be assumed that Player Characters who are fluent in Common are fluent in all of its different versions, the common people of the world would not regularly have access to that level of education and cultural exposure. Therefore, it should be assumed that communication between two commoners of different nationalities is had in Imperial Common.

Geographical Distribution

Spoken Primarily in Edane, Imperial Common is the most widely known dialect of The Common Tongue in Unorrea and almost all members of society have at least a basic understanding of it.
