Divine Empire
Considered the central power of the Akoomite faith, the divine empire is the remains of the Empire of Akoom, though it tries to distance itself from it's old name after the Fey Age. Always considered one of the great powers of Undinia, it's turned into a force of peace and protection, though it has a fierce rivalry with The Kingdom of Valanor. Though still called an empire, it's a title that hasn't truly applied since the fall of the Empire of Akoom.
Territory
The divine Empire owns the majority of the Blessed plains, focused in the north and south west. Several population centres dot the land, surrounded by farm steads and villages, though Akoomtet is the only true city of the region.Governmental structure
While technically ruled solely by the Prophet of Akoom, it in fact governed mostly by his council of clerics. The Prophet is suppose to deal with larger matters of importance, as well as being a spiritual guild for the other kingdoms of Akoom. This means the day to day running of the kingdom is normally dealt with a council of five clerics of Akoom, led by the Light of Akoom. Each township had a mayor to govern the region while the villages choose their own leaders.Military
While a large standing army is stationed in Akoomtet, many outposts are stationed throughout Undinia, normally connected to Adventurer's guilds. While each base only holds a small force, combined gives the Divine Empire the largest standing army, with the exception of a united shifter horde. Each reagion is commanded by a Flykir, who are more commanders then statesmen. While it does have a navy, it's not really anything to mention.Economic
While on the surface the Divine empire should have no money due to the fact it barley trades, has a very subsistence style of lifestyle, and has had several costly wars, this cound't be further from the truth as it is one of the wealthiest nations in Undinia. The simple fact is the Divine Empire is a bank, both for the Adventurer's guilds, and several other kingdoms. During it's time as the sole power in Undina it accumulated vast wealth, which it then over the preceding ages lent out and got back. This has allowed the empire to keep vast wealth to fund it's army and put it in position after the Crisis of the Fey age to back role the whole adventurer's guild.
