Diama

Diama (a.k.a. The Guardian)

The Primordial God of protective war and youth. Diama was part of the duality of war pair with Hynadon. His existence was discovered first by Grunkle's Angels at the Sanctuary, then confirmed by the Expedition to the first sanctuary. Diama was considered the guardian of the world during the first era, and the guardian mentioned in the Cry of Destruction, his death at the hands of Hynadon breaking the eight seal of that crisis.

Depiction

Only a handful of depictions exist of Diama, the one at the sanctuary, and several at the Sanctuary of the first ones. He is depicted as a beautiful light Touched male with an athletic build. Two large feathered wings fan out from his back and a pair of gold horns circle from his forehead to curve upwards just past his ears. He is depicted in a Golden breastplate with a large kite shield and a long lance.
