The staff sometines changes what it looks like a little bit. The leaves and flowers sometimes change color and shape. The smaller gemstones sometimes move too. The staff is said to do this because of the enchanted wood that was used to make it.

When the staff is used to attack undead it does more damage, even putting the enemy on fire. The staff was made to kill creatures of darkness. The staff also seems to protect the wielder from dark magic.
The second power that the staff have is less useful. The first of these is a hidden message. The message is encoded in the language of the Miylian Elders. Under the light of a full moon in a secluded glade, the carvings shift and rearrange themselves, revealing a cryptic message that holds the key to unlocking the staff's true potential. According to legend at least. The staff possesses a metamorphic nature. Some say that this allows it to evolve and grow in power alongside its wielder. As the wielder's bond with the staff deepens, new abilities may awaken, and hidden potentials may be unlocked, further enhancing its effectiveness against the forces of darkness.
History
It is believed that an artisan within the Miylian Elder Niossa Scultronna Elves made this staff. Some say that it was made by Niolmopio one of their goddesses who was worshipped as the Armorer. But it is unlikely since Niolmopio was fighting against Niossa Scultronna in the Miylian War. The staff was also used to fight the Black Wing Flight and their undead.
The Radiant Staff was made so others could use a weaker version of the Vetsco Dane Scutto which is known for resurrecting an army. The staff is a beacon of light and hope in times of dark. The staff is a symbol of the eternal struggle against the encroaching shadows that threatens to consume the natural world. The staff is a symbol against the undead. This causes people to seek out these staves to fight against the undead.
