Miylian War
The Conflict
Prelude
Before the war, the Shifter Dragons and the various flights lived peacefully with the Elves. There was an understanding between the Dragons and the Elves that the Dragons provided protection for the Elves and would manage the Magical Storms and maintain the Portals throughout all of the worlds. Of course, all of that changed when Miyla was hit by Miylian Meteors that destroyed several cities Miylian Elder cities. The Miylian Elders accused the Dragons of the disaster being their fault because managing the portals requires them to be in space. The Dragons argued that Elves didn't understand what it takes to manage portals and that there was no way that they could stop the disaster.
Outcome
During the Miylian Escape most of the Miylian Elders escape to Shinia through a Portal that was hard fought to get the Scale Dragon scale for the portal. Many of the Elves escape through the portal that Niossa Scultronna held open until the Dragons broke into the sanctum and cut off the power source that was being used. All remaining Elves were rounded up and divided among the Flights with a few Elves running away and going into hiding.
Also, after the Miylian Meteors the disease Vrincleve Cuanrveuote which greatly affected the Dragons even killing them. The flight that was most affected was the Black Wing Flight because they were hit the most by the meteors.
Aftermath
The Dragons had to learn new skills to take care of Miyla which was something that the Elves had done for them for some time. The few Miylian Elders that went into hiding did so by going underground and fleeing to some of the most remote sections of the planet where the Dragons would have a hard time finding them. Those villages are cut off from the rest of the world and at times struggle with sustaining their populations. Of course, the Elves that were captured by the Dragons went back to serving the Dragons by taking care of the land and were completely subjected to the Dragons.
Historical Significance
Legacy
The war created a lasting fracture between the Mortal Races and the Dragons especially the Elves. Due to this the relationship between The Elder and The Younger is strained and many of the mortals would like the privileges that the Dragons have such as owning property and in some countries the ability to marry without permission.
