Shairi Thonwyr

Shairi Thonwyr was the princess of Summerlund. She is the daughter of King Hadyn and Queen Eleanor Thonwyr. She is the younger sister of Lord Steward Harbryn and the traitorous Prince Ullyn.
Like her brother Ullyn and her mother Eleanor, Shairi has inherited red-hair from the Kassryx side of the family from the days when the Kassryx family intermarried with Elves of Faerinwold. When she was young, she was very fiery and tempestuous, often getting herself and her older brothers into trouble. Now, she has proven to be cunning and wise in the ways of statecraft, helping forge various trade agreements and alliances. She rapidly became one of the most sought after ladies of Aldorath, and many nobles gave suit to her in the hopes of cementing a powerful friendship with the ruling house of Summerlund. In 1084 SKR, however, she married King Tristan Holdfast Tarmoore, newly crowned King of Summerlund, cementing alliances between the Tarmoore faction and Thonwyr loyalists. She has been invested as Duchess of Estshar and heir to the throne, pending the majority of any of their children.
Tristan recognizes that his wife is far wiser than he in terms of ruling a country, and he heeds her advice regularly. Together, they have proved highly able in statescraft, helping to invest in Aiyolhast, the Three Shires and the Protectorate of Varrenholm. They were quick to recognize the new lands of Valdamere and the Free Highlands, and they are well-liked by many of their allies. They also recognized and granted hereditary rights to the newly renamed Grand Duchy of Osterlund, cementing support from Duchess Edele Padwyn as well.
Tristan and Shairi have welcomes three children to the world. Their children Talbot, Eleanor, and Caudus II will ensure that House Tarmoore will continue.
