The Dreamer's may seem like businessmen but they are not... they are a plague that have ruined many, MANY lives.

The dreamers are a drug cartel and smuggling faction that started in Anotheros. They specialise in selling and cultivating Lotus and Cobalt which act as the two most common and prolific drugs across Thysia. 
With the destruction of The Wendel Family the Dreamers are yet another faction to benefit, taking their chance to set up their base in Carivel and cut deals with various farmers and suppliers to use their farming spaces to make their own products which they then sell.
This has led to a major drugs problem in Paradosia and also found the Dreamers with enough financial gains and power that they can carry their 'trade' across all of Thysia.
