Cobalt

If Lotus makes you dream... then oh boy... Cobalt wakes you up.

• A dealer belonging to The Dreamers describes their newest product, Cobalt.

So named for it's bright blue colouration, cobalt takes the form of a floating, spectral vapour in a corked bottle that an individual must quickly uncork and breathe in.  Upon taking cobalt vapour an individual feels faster and more efficient with improved reflexes and speed but also losing much of their reason and becoming impulsive, aggressive and angry.  Cobalt has also been used as an inhalation poison in the past leading to it being banned after a noble allegedly being poisoned by it in Paradosia, though Crow-Harkening sources claimed the noble overdosed from it during a wild night.
