The Circle
They're the biggest, also the most naive and wishy-washy of the barony's... their skill in combat is long gone and now they just play knights in shining armour and pray the other barony's are too busy doing the same. The Circle are the largest barony in Epizonia and, even for outsiders, are gorgeous in their architecture and designs. Whilst the capitals of each nation are unique and incredible in their own ways The Circle may be the grandest of them all with it's constant towering castles, clean marble roads that glisten and shine with a myriad of colours and it's well lit streets. It is only on closer inspection that one realises just how hard the Circle tries to be like the Paradosia city's in stories and tales. With constant exxaggerated and stuffy fashions, knight and squires wandering the streets in unused armour and stone that has been painted and plated in other materials to give the appearance of marble, this is not even going into the Epizonian obsession with illusions and glamours that is taken to a truly ridiculous extent with the Circle. The saddest aspect of Epizonia's obsession with Paradosia is that the circle have a long and truly interesting history about them... though admittedly it is a rather bloody origin story. Baron Fenrys Artagnan Junior is the current baron of the Circle and is due to officially inherit his father's Soul Arm, The Baron's Diamond on his birthday as he finally comes of age. This has led the circle to make the Baron's birthday celebrations into a worldwide event, sending invites across Thysia to all the other nations and drawing in INCREDIBLY large crowds... to the point that there are small concerns that the Circle may be unable to house such a heavy populace. The Circle has all the amenities of a Paradosian city but notably does not have the old temples, castles and museums of Carivel. Though, the circle makes up for this with traders from across the world, skilled artists and actors who recreate classic works from other nations and a surprisingly skilled base of blacksmiths and armourers who specialise in 'knightly armour' specifically shields, heavy armour and lances for jousting.

Demographics
Members of the circle barony often have bright and proud soul arms often consisting of bladed weapons, heavier armour, shields or gold coloured pieces that they wear with pride.
Those that have darker Soul Arms of items that imply sneakiness or cunning or darkness (daggers, light armour etc) are 'encouraged' to purchase or craft shinier appendages to take away attention and to hide their soul arms from sight.
Government
The Circle is the largest barony in Epizonia and is currently ruled by the attendants to Baron Fenrys Artagnan Junior who have taken over running of the Barony with a focus on maintaining their traditions and focusing on defence and building up resources for their city.
Once Fenrys takes over as the baron he will take full responsibility of the barony in the same manner as a monarch.
Defences
The Circle is a city with high walls and fortified defences, the Circle guards are well equipped and tough along with the city being based on an island, giving them a powerful navy and sea defences... thus making anything less than a siege near impossible.
Industry & Trade
The Circle are self-sufficient but draw a lot of trade for their defences, services as a military and their creation of fine arts, weapons and armour. The circle is a luxurious space and uses much of that in their exports though their docks have recently been locked so that people may only enter if they carry nobility or royalty on board. Though they can still freely leave to continue trade.
Infrastructure
The Circle has many mechanical and technological amenities to it's name and is well-built to be self-sufficient and self contained to defend itself aganst outside threats.
Assets
A very wealthy barony, The Circle is well placed above mines and especially fertile land and so is known for it's wealth, art and exports.
