Talmage am Bimmin is the current Lord Chamberlain of the High Kingdom of Imesse and a ranking member of the Privy Council of the High King. He is a 74-year-old Human that has dedicated his entire life to the service of the High Kingdom, the Maxalli dynasty, and his wife, the Lady Tory Bimmin-Nari.
Talmage descends from an ancient and noble family that has had a role in the governing of the north of Imesse for more than 300 years. Born on his vast family estate in the City of Scaram, he now lives with his wife in a small but very finely appointed house in the City of Northridge. He has been the Lord Chamberlain for the entire reign of High King Max III, and for the last 18 years of the reign of his father, Max II. He has managed and administered the Maxalli family's wealth and holdings for more than 23 years, and he has been remarkably capable and successful at it, as well. It was largely due to his efforts that the former High King was as personally wealthy as he was when he passed, and he has worked tirelessly to ensure that the current High King is even more financially and materially secure than his father was at the time of his death.
In 183 AF, at the age of 24, Talmage married the second daughter of the Duke of Hekmo. Tory Nari was not a kind or affectionate wife to Talmage, but they have brought four children into the world and have guaranteed them position and wealth that very few will ever know.

Talmage was unquestionably responsible for the undeniable fact that when he died, Max II Maxalli was one of the wealthiest men in the entire High Kingdom. Upon the crowning of his only son, Max III, as the new High King, Talmage was bound to reveal to the 13 year old monarch that his personal coffers contained no fewer than 166,000 guilders ($39.8 million). He has worked day and night to make sure that number only increased in the five years since.

Talmage married the second-oldest daughter of the former Duke of Hekmo, Tory Nari when she was just 19 years old. They had four children, three daughters and one son, Stoddard am Bimmin. Their second daughter, Esme, died shortly after giving birth to her daughter in 211 AF. She was married to Sandor am Toricki.
Talmage has made an effort to pamper all his children, but has showered his son and his granddaughter, Sara, with the most attention.
