Irea Peninsula
The Irea (or Irean) Peninsula is a vast area of land at the eastern extreme of the supercontinent of Thrae. Located primarily from the latitude of 45 degrees N to 70 degrees N and stretching more than 2,000 miles east to west, this peninsula covers more than two and a half million square miles, or nearly the size of Australia.
Climate
Sub-tropical weather in the far south and in the extreme north, sub-arctic. With such vast areas of diverse geography, the peninsula contains literally dozens of various biomes and climates that host a great variety of flora, fauna and megafauna, as well as many types of marine creatures.
