Erune
A large city on the current exterior (outermost layer) of Paragon.
Erune is a large city, mostly still under construction. It is designed to replicate conditions of Tebburus with the bioluminescent life and UN of Tebburus architecture.
Despite its incomplete nature, there is already a population that lives there. The population currently consists of about 300 000 individuals, but the city is projected to accommodate about 20 million. In its current state it can accommodate about 3 million souls. It can house many more people but the current population is mostly suons. Due to the conditions, it is thought that it would stay mostly suon in the future. Tourists are also expected to come more often due to the very unique nature of Tebburus life and scenery. To replicate these conditions more accurately than most places on Paragon, Erune will have a powerful Taidakic Field projector under it, allowing for the possibility of floating islands. This is very appealing to Air Suons in particular, but currently the number of floating islands is limited to reduce the possibility that one falls off the Paragon layer and falls for several kilometers (they lose their flight ability when they fall out of Erune's Taidakic Field).
The largest structure in the city was finished very recently. The layer near it's location is still under construction, which has created some extremely massive and spectacular views of many cities on the layer below, as well as various natural biomes that are currently unused outside of morale reasons. Many residents of the city have already seen the view, and many pictures of various detail levels have been recorded in the archive.
The city is currently fed matter plasma through a number of large underground ducts which mainly contribute to construction of the layer, but also supplies the city with matter plasma to replicate all of its needs. Power is generated from Planck-Dismantlement Beams using the waste matter produced by the city as fuel (any excess is then converted back into matter plasma).
The Wildlife Defence Agency of Tebburus also contributed to the design of the city. The megafauna present in Tebburus-like ecosystems is often very dangerous to people, often suons, as they often see species of suon size as food.
