Empress Nota

Nota is one of the twin empresses of the Halori Empire, along with her sister Empress Luka.
Although young, Nota serves as the head of the head of the Imperial Cult and handles the military branch of the Empire's public service. She is an adept sorcerer, as most Empresses have traditionally been.
Her goal has been to establish a series of academies for artificers and sorcerers, but this has been met with some resistance by the Church of the Unsung God, though they would never openly defy the Empress.
Nota's advisors are many, and she is planning to marry a baron's son, who is about her age, in a few years. Although the Halori Empresses have long been under some internal pressure to marry foreigners to secure trade relationships and military relationships, both Luka and Nota have firm convictions against doing anything that would risk their power.
