Ser Harrisen Tuly, son of Fenton Tuly and Lady Madge Tuly, née Dinan, is the younger twin of Sister Ivy Tuly. Ser Harrisen Tuly served as Master-of-Arms for Lord Graflin II Tuly, Ser Harrisen's cousin, and House Tuly but was killed trying to protect his uncle from King Varitan Arasatra. Ser Harrisen's sister, Sister Ivy, is one of few humans in Oslias who know how to forge with Elven Silverstone. Ser Harrisen Tuly married Lady Grace Tuly, née Smith, the daughter of knight serving House Tuly. He fathered only one boy with Lord Oadhán I Turnly, named after Lord Oadhán Tuly. Lady Grace world die giving birth to Lord Oadhán I Turnly.
