Lord Oadhán I Turnly, son of Ser Harrisen Tuly and Lady Grace Tuly, née Smith, was the founder of Easthollow and House Turnly. Lord Oadhán I was born into House Tuly but had aspirations to be a Lord of his own. With Lord Graflin II Tuly's blessings, Lord Oadhán I founded his own house and became a bannermen of House Tuly. Lord Oadhán I found the town of Easthollow at the mouth of Alora Themari River.
