Personal history
His early life was marked by life in luxury, followed in adolecense with a classical education in the Red tower. When his time was over in the Red tower, he famously sold his grandfathers magical sword and stepped onboard a ship heading for Faliva, but 'failed' to disembark there (having gone so far as to bribe the captain to sail past the Falivan bay) and sailed on westwards. The rumors of his travels are many and varies wildly in accuracy, but he did visit Gilm, Kellerion, and Tulim. His father seemed content enough with his absence and started nurturing his second son as heir, but the pair was a hideously bad influence on each other. Their predatory nature towards the commoners of Faliva and surrounding towns came to an end with the rebellion lead by the Many named legion wich rallied the people of Faliva and assulted the castle, resulting in the lynshing of the sarif along with the second heir. Hanes came to power after a rebellion in 487, called back with magic by his fathers court mage. In the aftermath, Hanes orchestrated a furious crackdown on rebels but simultaneously offered amnesty to any who turned themselves in.
He has not been in power for long, but his reign has been marked with a remarkable onset of law and order, something his father famusly failed at acheeving.
