Moran was a hated ruler of Faliva and became imfamous in his death as he was hanged by a citicen mob drung the rebelion of of 487
Prior to his death, he allied with several criminal groups to distribute a more potent from of Moonbloom wich led to widespread and cripling addiction. I addition to on the surface simply neglecting to see the issue, he funded supply networks by sending out cartels to collect protection money.
When he could no longer keep his acts hidden, it boled over into a full blown rebelion.
