Some time in their past their founder Rotten Stev-i-e discovered a remnant of the second world and brought the ideals of freedom back to their siblings, leading them from the Ivory Eye Clutch into Kranya to be free and fight against the tyrrany of their former blue dragon master.

Average technological level
Unlike other Kobolds, several of the F.R.E.A.K.s have taken up tinkering, technology is super punk rock and these mad inventors have created various devices to put them on par with their enemies. Most notably are the firearms that each inventor takes up, often harnessing the raw draconic powers of their blood to power themselves with the electricity of the blue dragons they're descended from.

Common Dress code
The F.R.E.A.K.s prefer to wear tough clothing of black studded leather modified with sayings, pictograms, studs, spikes and other indications that they have modified the henchman armor given to their ancestors by Ivory Eye. Beyond the standard black armor they tend to wear colorful headgear to look like mammal hair or bird plumage and other things that detract from their usual reptilian appearance.
Art & Architecture
The primary forms of art are the creation of loud, phrenetic music played on all manner of cobbled together instruments. The F.R.E.A.K.s don't hold performance to be as important as expression however and will often cheer for someone just doing their best as hard as they'll cheer for a virtuoso.
Coming of Age Rites
A kobold's first concert is a crucial coming of age ritual, there they'll chose their adult name, become deeply intoxicated and blood themselves by dancing in "The Pit", a roiling mass of beings that dance and slam into one another in front of the performance.

F.R.E.A.K.s will hold a concert for almost any occasion. Deaths are no different. Funerary rites among the anarchist Kobolds are wild affairs that end in drinking and the singing of hymns to their fallen siblings. Often smoking rolled up pesh cigarettes is also undertaken.

"The A" - Though only Rotten Stev(i)e has actually seen the A deep in a cavern below the path mountains, the myth of the A and punk rock still persists. The A was a device with a spinning disc that created the most discordant free music that had ever been heard. It was so powerful that it became Stev(i)e's muse and led them to freeing their siblings.

Rotten Stev(i)e - The Kobold (It's argued back and forth about the gender of Stev(i)e) who discovered the Song deep in a cave where their life was changed. They brought the flame of Punk back to his clutch and she worked with his comrades to throw off the Yoke of Ivory Eye and his old ass ways.

The F.R.E.A.K.s tend to get together in large groups and get inebreated and play wild, discordant music and slam into one another until the mating urge takes over. Usually mating occurs after one of these mating shows.

F.R.E.A.K.s have fully embraced the chaos of Anarchy and indulge in rampant relationship anarchy, not letting themselves be tied down to one partner or even one set of ideas about what a partner should be. They aspire to ultimate freedom under anarchy.

The Free Resistance of Enlightened Anarchist Kobolds or F.R.E.A.K are the primary organization related to the ethnicity, though there are rumors of a band of Ivory Eye loyalists who have begun to try and act like the F.R.E.A.K.s but in Ivory Eye's name. Their notable difference is that they do not wear the colorful feather head dresses and so are often referred to as "Scaleheads" these Scaleheads are often fight on sight, and are universally reviled by the FREAKs
