The Battle of Basnora Pass
Military actionA decisive battle between imperial forces led by Duchess Alesia Jordaine and Alborotan rebel forces led by The Starling. After seven days of fighting, the imperial army managed to drive the rebels back, after which the rebels never recovered. The imperial forces retook Alborota shortly after. The leaders of both armies disappeared during the battle. Duchess Jordaine later reappeared and gained a reputation as a coward and a deserter. The Starling has not been seen since, and is assumed to have died during the battle.

Marriage of Duchess Jordaine and Lady Gwedric
MarriageLady Tamsin Gwedric, acting on behalf of her deceased brother Lord Robert Gwedric, symbolically marries Duchess Alesia Jordaine in order to fulfill a betrothal contract between their two families. This marriage makes the Gwedric Earldom into a subordinate territory of the Jordaine Duchy.
