Plot points/Scenes
When in the house, Arne & Archi are in their beds and both have a strange dream. Both are in a large shadowed throne room. They hear a voice from behind a stone throne with ravens carved into it. A voice from one side tells them that she has been watching them. Archi is granted one Conjuration spell or one Necromantic spell of up to 3rd level. She will tell Arne that she is watching him and that if he lifts one raven's feather from the throne, it can be used once to garner her protection once and once only with it. They are both told that a cloak is still in the treasury of the abandoned Black Elf city in the Scandes. If they make there she will allow Arne to return there without retribution from the local Jarl. She makes the point that the Cloak there belongs to the Shadowfell and others would try to disrupt all life there. Archi is also told that to help his coven may get help in some way from Morgana le Fay, and the people in southwest Britain might be able to contact her, or Emma Duckthorne might be able to contact her.
At the same time Molgr gets a letter from the local Thieves of Frankia saying that they recently came upon a spy checking out the tower remains. A young red headed woman was sniffing around and had tried to gain access to it but turned away by Nine. She was taking an interest as to what is below the tower and had been supplied info by her employer (the Merchant) that there was an old temple and an entrance to the Underdark was there. She seemed to know too much about it. Since they take an interest in this themselves and who is in town, they thought he should know.
At the time this is all happening Magnar & Hope are alerted to problems at the grove. A scared troubled young woman has appeared in the middle of it, and it seems she was drawn through the portal by nefarious means. Many of the clerics & druids there had a nightmare about a creature that had either purple skin, long greasy hair, and horns, or blackened withered skin and a ragged claok had been sighted to one side when this happened. This proves to be Seadh Sith Inghean Midhir.
The family of Hans, Greta & Jacob also ahd a strange time (a nightmare) during the night where they felt they were visited by a similar creature that looked over the child. Eventually a few others complain of having the same type of strange & horrific dreams during the night.
Afterwards they are fine but most were disturbed by it.
What what the purpose of it and why all of a sudden? The Druids make a point that it is likely that the creature could be some type of Fiend or Hag and was reaching out to extend it's aura of power. Now it's done what it wanted then it has left. Also, they are happy that Molgr is taking a look underneath the tower remains and offer him the chance to take over that part and to moniter it. He can do what he needs to do, and they will back him up.
This leaves a choice for everyone.
- Do they deal with what Archi & Arne saw?
- Does Mlogr want to start chasing up what the old tower remains needs done to it?
- What about the new girl and the creature / creatures people saw?
