Plouto rivals Aeolus City in size and beauty, but Plouto’s reputation is less tarnished. The city is mostly famous for its opera house and its casino. Granted, the Heracles Crystal Opera House is more famous, by reputation, for having been more beautiful and for the disaster on opening night, but the Plouto Opera House still stands and has had lots of celebrated productions over the years.
