Charlie waited all day on his fifteenth birthday for his forearm tattoo to appear. His moms asked him to wait until the next day to go down to the maze of alleys near the spaceport to complete the ritual. The alleys was where all the teenagers of Plouto completed their Age of Consent ritual. Charlie agreed, but as soon as his tattoo appeared his brother escorted him to the alleys anyway and pimped him out to a Marine Sergeant who popped Charlie’s cherry in front of his brother.
