Cat Burglars Association

The Cat Burglars Associaton is based out of Tartarus, in Aeolus City. They train kids from Tartarus in stealth techniques for breaking into places that stealing things, but also in other forms of theft, like picking pockets and banking.

After the Clear Corporation was bought by Daffodil Armaments the Cat Burglars Assocition took over the abandoned Clear Corporate Headquarters in the south part of Aeolus City, near Poseidon Beach. They converted the skyscraper into a training facility for heist type scenarios.

Assets

Various “businesses” in Tartarus, most notably a tavern which serves as a meeting place. The former Clear Corporate HQ.

A group that it’s difficult to break into.
