Any permanent resident of the Savage Land.

Currently all Savage Landers are Beast-Men who evolved there (under the influence of the High Evolutionary's evolution rays), with the exception of Arsenal-Alpha, who is an evolved Artifial Intelligence originally created as a War Machine Armour.

Lunella Lafayette, James "Rhodey" Rhodes , and Carol Danvers are considered honorary Savage Landers due to having risked their lives to fight the High Evolutionary.
