Public Agenda
The Legalist Party believes in a strong state that has enough authority to protect the free market economy. They think that taxes should be mandatory, as they can pay for government infrastructure, transportation systems, industrialization, and above all, economy security. This includes, mainly, a capable police force tasked with keeping people's wealth in their own hands, to avoid complete economic chaos. Their agenda is to push this belief set by mainly ensuring security to one's own fortune.
In respect to the ongoing cold war, the Legalist Party advocates an alliance with Valland, that un-involvement risks Elaria becoming grounds for conquest or political and economic domination. An alliance with Valland would ensure Elaria's spot as one of the most powerful countries in the realms.
