Her Highness the Queen Consort Tuulla Niskinha ta Sillan
Tuulla was born to House Silla as the granddaughter of the Head of House, and twin sister of Kaino. Although she was the younger child by a few minutes, she was raised to be ready for leadership. Her brother was born profoundly deaf and their grandfather refused to accept him as his heir.
Tuulla and Kaino were close as children, and as she learned Räänkian Sign Language, she became one of the only people he could easily talk to.
When she was 18, she married Prince Halkir. Only a year later, his father died and the young couple became Kaleina's monarchs.
A few years later, her own father died and the title of Head of House Silla passed to her. She balanced her duties as queen with her new position in the Assembly.
Tuulla was more popular than her husband, possessing more charisma and humour. Throughout adulthood, she remained close with her brother and they frequently communicated via letters. She tragically died young in the year 729, when she drowned while on a trip to visit her son, Keilan.
