The Savage Woods

Creatures from another world stalk the misty woods. They spread like a plague, driving civilization into hiding on protected islands. Among the islands, in the vast network of inter-connected lakes and rivers, the remnants of the north lands rebuilt their kingdoms. How far have the woods spread? Is the rest of the world still out there? It has been 50 years since a ship arrived from foreign lands. The people of Veiama are, perhaps, the last humans left.
