Three Tails
Public socioanthropological record
Property of the Royal Atheneum of Hövnís, Eörpe
A rebellious group consisting primarily of nullvox insurgents that rallied under the trio that first dared to oppose their masters and free themselves of slavery.
Etmyology & Definition
The naming was simple enough in nature: their leaders have a total of three tails together. According to the leadership they were supposed to be named Four Tails but Chip had their second tail cut off during the infamous 'No Words Necessary' negotiation that instigated the nullvox mass rebellion.History
Origin
The founding of the group is attributed to Kernel, the former overseer of the Uushi Mining Station that today serve as the groups' headquarters.Recent Events
After the rebellion that lead to the death of 54.000 Ascendant citizens and the freeing of over 9.000 nullvox, the Three Tails publicy announced their demands to the Ascendant Worlds Congress:- The recognition of nullvox and rejinat as independent sapient species, removing the ability to own them as property.
- Removing the exclusivity and control of robksu production, and making the inclusion of the robuzu chemical illegal.
- Equality between lusoyan and non-lusoyan citizens, by allowing both the two enslaved synthids and the cheitosnu to advance through the societal stratas that today are still exclusive to lusoyans.
Culture
With well over 7.000 steady members currently, the organization has developed their own distinct culture. There's a minor division between nullvox and non-nullvox members where customs have diverged slightly but only due to practical reasons such as differences in physiological needs requiring different habits. One particular custom have garnered some interest and fame aboard the base: We Ain't Serial Here.Assets
Base
The three tails have claimed the former Uushi Mining Station as their headquarters. Due to the hefty radiation in and around the pulsar wind nebula, dubbed the Csetun Uushi (Nonlit. 'Cradle of Fire'), the site was originally only manned by nullvox deep space miners plus a single overseer. This made it a naturally easy to conquer and keep position. Since the base is adapted primarily to nullvox, it's inaccessible to members of other species without appropriate breathing and protective equipment. A section of the base was reinforced and improved so there's one section they can live more normally inside. This included radiation-proofing, the addition of a ventilation system, and giving it normal gravity.Organizational Data

This article makes me want to know so much more about all of these people and also I am cheering for their eventual victory. (Hopefully)
Though it's my shortest and crudest SC article so far, it's probably the one I most look forward to developing further! And maybe even touch a bit more thoroughly on the story they're involved in. :)
I totally agree with Serukis, I now want to know more about the different races mentioned in the article. I also would like to know more about the impact of the rebellion on the economy of the Acendant Worlds, how the takeover of mining operations has affected it and so on. So much potential in this little article!
Glad to hear it caught such interest, and hopefully I can touch on those things in a not too distant future. I did enjoy the little plot that organically grew from it so certainly something I'd like to keep working on and expand!
I really like the detail in this, even if it's a shorter article. You have the breakdown of who's part of the group, which is a nice little addition. I also like the content warning, I need to go through and add something like that to my articles. The origin of their name is great too, even if it seems simple. I like that they were like, "welp. someone lost a tail, so can't call ourselves four tails."
Thank you, I appreciate your words! I find it hard sometimes to judge when and where to put a content warning, but I figured that I rather be a little too careful just in case. What I might do later though is type down a few standard CWs and put them in variables for easier use. :) Same goes for a few standard tooltips.
