The being/individual described in this document is thought to be involved in the ongoing JBNCS-BAIGR-03 case, and possibly other prior cases surrounding the criminal last known as 'Annias Isa-Awad'.
They were directly named and addressed in a recently found piece of evidence containing a recording done by former General-Director Pellian-Desyk shortly before his murder.

Prime Inspector Tiona Primen-Celwik was recently contacted by representatives at the The Royal Atheneum of Hövnís after a recent security breach into their archives. Below is the attached message that was unlawfully inserted into their public record of the Uyetsoub species, including the response from its secrals:

A request for any and all information pertaining the individual and their cult has been sent out to the worlds that were contacted prior in relation to case JBNCS-BAIGR-03, but responses are still pending.

Background

The individual is presumably either the leader or of a high rank within the Soulfire Sentinels cult, an intergalactic group dedicated to the eradication of the uyetsoubs. Historical records list the group as being disbanded after the species was rendered extinct circa 5000 years ago. It would perhaps be prudent to consider that both of these 'facts' were perhaps exaggerated.

Personal History

Little to nothing is yet known about the individual themself. They appear to not have been present on Beckinsal and rather have relied on agents that had worked together with General-Director Pellian-Desyk during the 'Thief of a Hundred Faces' case from 21 years ago.
