This addendum to the previous report pertains one of the recent pieces of evidence recovered from the residence of District-Director Elgin Graff-Iner. It was found in a hidden cellar room shortly after his self-imposed retirement and unexplained disappearance.
The evidence consists of a small handheld reckoner for recording and replay purposes. The inserted datacard contained a single recoding dated 23 years ago.
Audiovocal identification attributes the voice belonging to former General-Director Juane Pellian-Desyk. Comparison between the dating of the recording and the date his subsequent murder places the two events within a day of each other.
It's unknown whether the recorded message was sent or not. There are no traces of outgoing data traffic matching its volume found on neither the subverse nor the meshverse within the given timeframe. Nor does any of the interviewed parties appear to have much knowledge pertaining the ‘Warden of the Shroud’ it was adressed to. It will be assumed this may be a figure of authority within the Soulfire Sentinels cult.
The ‘creature’ aforementioned in the original report appear to be the topic of the message, similarly to the rest of the evidence collected from District-Director Elgin Graff-Iner’s hidden cellar room.

Honored Warden of the Shroud,
The criminal known as former citizen Annias Isa-Awad was officially executed today by means of lethal injection, at the Terion Penal Facility.
In order to fulfill our part of the deal it was decided that an exception would be made to usual protocol and the execution was publicly performed and also sent live over the Beckinsal Global State News & Announcement Channel. Hopefully this will also serve to provide at least a measure closure and sense of justice having been served of the numerous victims’ families and quell the rage of the general masses.
While this means that the threat is hopefully over in the eyes of the public, a conversation between criminal psychologist Grice Blon and the creature shortly before execution implied that despite our efforts replication had managed to occur prior to capture. You can find a recording of the conversation attached to this message. And don’t worry, Dr. Blon will not be a problem – I have the situation under control.
Enough detail of the last victim was provided to make a match against a recent missing person’s report in the outskirts of Avernon City. Your local agents were deployed immediately to search for the nest in the region where the disappearance happened. But I am afraid that enough time has already passed and its too late. Should the creature be gone by the time they arrive I am expecting a significant increase in support from your side to deal with this.
I wouldn’t want a repeat of the fear and terror that’s wrung the hearts of my people these last few years. Nor would I want anything like this to happen any other world. If you can’t solve this within a timely manner perhaps it’s time to let the wider galaxy know about the threats that lurk in our very homes and wears our skins like they were clothes.
Don’t think I haven’t done some research of my own. You've spent years upon years hunting down a single one of these abominations all across the galaxy. And just how many more of these are out there committing the same kinds of atrocities?
Maybe the galaxy deserves to know who you are? I know who you are. 'If you want the truth; you go to the source' – and this creature was more than willing to tell me everything I wanted to know.
