History of the Rosepetal Galaxy

As Akreian populations keep increasing at a fast pace, they begin to encroach on territories that the much less technologically advanced Turai have had much to themselves so far.   The treatment of their "lesser cousins" vary wildly between Akreian nations and cultures, but few consider them truly sapient. These could include attempts to conquer and subjugate, civilize and modernize, relocate/migrate, protect and conserve, or even exterminate the Turai.   Conflicts between the species become increasingly common, unfortunately resulting in a dwindling of the Turai's numbers.

As there's evidence of terrestial lifeforms once existing on the planet Asicuna, it's likely to once have had major landmasses.   It's theorized that the planet's ice caps melted at one point for an unknown reason which caused a massive rise in water levels. All current landmasses likely fell below sea levels, and the islands dotting the planets surface today were probably formed long after this event.

The Dragon's Eye Galaxy begins to form.  

The primary Skethas Galaxy is thought to have formed circa 3.6 billion years ago, followed by the secondary Skethas Galaxy circa 2.9 billion years ago.   Circa 2.7 billion years ago they're caught in each other's gravitational field and begin to orbit each other.
