The Sea of Shrouds

Much like in the Void to the north, the Sea of Shrouds is a place where reality is thinner, and folks, whole ships, things sometimes just disappear. But other things sometimes APPEAR, too. The Sea of Shrouds is heavily dotted with islands and inlets, which makes it an ideal retreat for the denizens of society. It is completely unpatrolled by the authorities, because the sea itself seems to be its own justice.
