City of Úthaes
This is the city of vices and temptations, located at the southern tip of Midgard's foot, where visitors can have nearly anything their hearts desire. For a price, of course. This is a city untouched by Triwath law, but they do have a more rigid set of internal rules than the pirate city of Thaur. It you want to attract those of means, there must be some semblance of order.
