The human race is a mortal race. They were created by the seven gods to protect the spirit realm, the universe, from the hordes of evil demons.
By this time the demons are most depleted and human civilisation has grown under the reign of the godking to be very numerous. After the overthrow of the godking and the downfall of the old worldorder most noblemen claimed all the land they had been given to gouvern for themselves and soon wars broke out among men for land and gold.
The other mortal races, glad to be rid of the godking and ignored by the lords of men in their fight for power, draw back from human settlements. After few generations the existence of these other mortal races turnes to myth in most places except for those areas closest to other races settlements.

Civilization and Culture

From the early days of their creation the human race begann to spread out over all the Land. They learned many skills during the first Order, until they were heavily depleted by the attacking hordes of demons. Yet after long years of fighting the demons were defeated and thrown back into their homeland, the great desert. The leading armee commander at the time who had led the attack was believed to have summoned the gods themselves and was afterwards crowned godking.
Granted immortality by the gods for his fearlessness and great leadership qualities he reigned over all the Land for uncounted years. The human race grew strong again and began to rebuilt all that had been destroyed in the long wars against the demons. Trade flourished and wealth bloomed among men, there was little war and much peace.
Yet after many centuries the godking grew greedy and soon after his cruelty began to spread all through the Land. Wherever wealth had graced the faces of men hunger and despair then drew deep lines in their bodies and sickness spread. As the desperation of the people grew whispers began to arise of a rebellion. Only few years later in a dark and misty night it happened. The rebellion attacked and overthrew the godking and his followers. Within the circle of one moon all the Land was free.
