Luxury Meadows

In the pre-Conflux era Luxury meadows was a luxury community for the rich and famous, now the ruins of the one's luxury neighborhood are home base to some of the worst bandit gangs in the new frontier.

Government

Luxury Meadows is under the control of five bandit gangs who manage to form an uneasy alliance together and use the area as there home base and to sell the loot and slaves they bring in.

Each of the five gangs have there own leader and how the alliance is supposed to work is that the five bandit gangs send there gang boss or made man to vote for how Luxury Meadows should work. How it really works is that the one with the most wealth and power is the one in charge and most cases the biggest gang the commission are the one that usually get what they want.
If a new gang wants to join the Luxury Meadows bandits they first must impress the leader of one of the other gangs and if the godfather of the Commission thinks they will be an asset they are allowed to move in. That and all the other gangs are required to pay a tribute to the Commission to be allowed to operate in there territory. Other then the tribute the gangs pay to the Commission they all have a leader and culture of there own. Most of the gangs were chosen to be allowed to move in because they had some kind of skill that one of the Commission's godfothers found usefull.

Industry & Trade

The economy of Luxury Meadows is mostly based on two things, selling loot and slaves they have taken on raids, the bandit gangs produce very little then that.
The Luxury Meadows shopping center that was once a fancy outdoors shopping center that catered to the wealthy and sold things like expensive hand bags, suits, jewelry, shoes, wine and antiques is now used to sell the stolen goods that the gangs bring in. The ballroom that was ones used to throw fancy parties is now a holding center used by the bandits to hold and brake the captives they bring in.

History

Before the great confluence event, Luxury Meadows was one of the most exclusive gated communities in the country where every house was a huge mansion and home to a business tycoon, movie star, pop singer or other kind of wealthy person. As well as the residences mega mansions, Luxury Meadows had a grand theater, a luxury shopping center, five-star restaurants, and a ballroom used for fancy parties.
When the great confluence event happened most of the world was plunged into chaos when one of Luxury Meadows residence a man name Michael Malone or as he was also known as Michael mad dog Malone the biggest crime boss in the country took charge.
