The Winking mare
Purpose / Function
The winking Mare was made by the order of the Commissions godfather for three reasons first to make a bit of cash from the other bandits but far more important to gather information on what the other bandits of Luxury Meadows are doing. Despite the saloon being owned by the Commission and even run by a commission underboss you will rarely find any commission gangsters drinking there or using any of the services. The Commission runs this saloon to spy on the other gangs hoping to get them liquored up and get them talking, hoping that they will spill if they are plotting against the Commission.
The last reason why the Commission had the Winking Mare was made was to help the towns, settlements and villages to pay off their debts they owe to Luxury Meadows. Most of the working girls in the Winking Mare are from settlements or towns that owe tribute to Luxury Meadows and are working in the saloon to buy off their families or settlements debts.
History
In the pre-conflux time, the Winking Mare was a high class five-star restaurant called the Diamond. After the grate confluence the place was looted and later the bandits moved in and was made into a dirty saloon. After the confluence the Diamond was looted so many time all of the valuables have been taken. But many of the tables and chairs were still there that after some clean up and fixing the bar and windows the ones restaurant was made into a saloon and brothel.
Tourism
It you fill safe enough to go into a town full of bandits or even drink or eat anything they have to offer to serve you will find that the Winking mare has a surprisingly lot to offer to its guests. It you can pay the Winking mare can offer you the services of one of its working girls, a good meal, surprisingly high-quality variety of drinks or you can gamble at one of the tables.
For drinks the Winking Mare sells a good variety of drinks that are better quality than most other bars and saloons you will find in the new frontier.
