Structure
The Black Skulls have taken inspiration from the pre-conflux army in their organization, with some changes with the ranking system. The Black skulls are also more organized than the other bandit groups in Luxury Meadows and only the Commission are better armed then them.
History
The Black skull company was originally a mercenary group with a reputation for never turning down a job, regardless of what it might entail or how brutal it may be as long as they are paid. The Black skulls were originally paid to attack the Luxury Meadows bandits until the Commission offered them a better deal, that deal with the Commission later turned into a permanent contract.
Territories
The Black Skulls are based out of what they have dubbed the castle. The castle was once a pre-conflux mansion that belonged to a famous football player that after the Black skulls moved in they heavily fortified the mansion into a fortress. In the backyard the original owner had a full football field made but the Black skulls have turned it into an obstacle course for training.
