Port Rivage (Port Ri-vaazh)

Port Rivage is the Capital city of Durand, and one of the primary port cities in the Capriseaux Sea. The city is growing as the land falls under Addamian control, with industrial magic devices making life in the hot and humid land far easier.

Demographics

The bulk of the population is human, with a large populations of halfling, and a smaller ones of half-elf and orc.

Government

The government is in a period of transition from the old nobility to the republican system of Addam. Currently it falls directly under the authority of the Duchess of the Southern Shores.

• Temille Bay - The main port, docks, and shipping epicenter
• Sapphire Key - Wealthy district, home of the old nobility
• Snaketown - a lower class district with much of the elven and half-elven population
• Royal University - The primary arcane school of Durand and the surrounding district
• Underbridge - Lower class district for dock and shore workers
