Milo Brosseau

Originally a plantation owner in Durand, Brosseau was the first to realize the possibilities of enchanting the cigars and cigarettes his family produced. Basing ideas off of enchantments of the halfling workers, Brosseau set about producing a specialty range of cigars to enhance the user's charisma, products that became a resounding success. 40 years later, Brosseau sits at the top of the industry he created, living fat off his profits and enjoying the high society life. Of late Brosseau has started putting his considerable wealth towards rebuilding Durand. This has been making him a local hero, but some say he's handing the country directly into Addamian Imperial ambitions.
