Boss Grazz
Phenwick Grazz (a.k.a. Boss Grazz)
A Goblin industrialist, Phenwick Grazz owns many of the manufacturing plants in New Caliber and is also the de facto landlord of the Goblin Town slums, though most outsiders aren't aware of it. If one stands at the top of the first factory in The Sledges that Grazz established (as he is fond of doing) and looks around, nothing can be seen but factories Boss Grazz owns. This is largely due to the smog and smoke, but Grazz is responsible for manufacturing many of the regular goods people need, from kitchenware to construction. It's said he single handedly put the blacksmiths of New Caliber out of business. This is of course untrue... most of them he bought out.
