Goblin

No other race known anywhere in The March shows the variety that marks the goblin species. Goblins are said to be the children of Mirress, the a goddess of chaos and creation, and the wild goddess left her everchanging mark on her chosen. The most common goblins known are the short, long eared goblins of Korkusz, but branches of their family include hobgoblins, bugbears, and other offshoots that barely resemble their cousins. The goblins show their chaotic inheritance not only in their bodies, but in their culture. Few generalizations can be made about goblin society, for they show even more variety than humans.

Civilization and Culture

History

Scholars believe goblins originally came from Bellsha, the northern island of Korkusz. The Korkuszese Goblins in general have had little interest in maintaining a racial identity, especially when profit can be had, and opened up their homeland to all races. From here they spread through the world, working into many other cultures and nations when able to, and establishing trade whenever possible. Standard goblins are highly varied in look in many ways. Facial structure, ear length, skin and hair color, height, weight, and build all seem able to vary to incredible degrees.
